My name is Vonnie Benjamin-Brown. The women depicted in my work are larger than life, colorful and unapologetic. Each piece is a celebration of black women, The women come in all sizes and shades. Love them or hate them, they will not be ignored!

Materials used
My preferred canvas is found in cabinet doors and when that's in short supply I use wood slabs that are strong enough to hold mixed materials. I use papier-m
